I was in a rut with my fitness so I decided to try Treadfit in September. I was hooked after the first class! The classes are challenging and the variety day to day is great. The instructors are so motivating and the music is always upbeat. Each class seems to fly by! I am looking forward to meeting my fitness goals with these workouts.
