Hear what she shared about her experience at Treadfit. “ started taking Treadfit classes a little over a year ago by word of mouth from a few friends. At first, I would randomly incorporate a Treadfit class into my normal exercise routine at another gym simply for variety. However, I started to become addicted to the workouts. Each class is different and the instructors push you to your max (I especially love when they call you out during class for doing something good :)) I have always worked out, but since joining Treadfit, my stamina and strength have greatly improved. I even actually kind of enjoy pushups now. Without the push from the encouragement from the instructors, I would not be where I am today.
