“I started Treadfit in April when my husband and I moved back south from the city. I knew I wanted a gym where I would feel motivated, welcomed and actually look forward to working out, and Treadfit provided me with just that! There are so many things that keep me coming back to Treadfit – the class formats (they truly do fly by!), the option to take a strength or HIIT class which both kick my butt, exercises I wouldn’t normally do at home, the energy of the classes, the challenges and especially the encouraging instructors. I’ve already hit 100 classes, and I can’t wait for the next 100 at Treadfit!”
